Job Description:
Genesis10 is seeking a Commercial Loan Closing Specialist for a
12-month contract assignment. This position will be based onsite in
Chandler, AZ. Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in/ 2 days remote)
Compensation: Up to $30.16 per hour, depending on skill and
experience level. Position Summary This contractor will be
supporting day-to-day operations within Commercial lending as they
convert systems from AFS to LoanIQ. Required Qualifications
Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify
opportunity for process improvements within Commercial Loan
Closing. Review and analyze basic or tactical Commercial Loan
Closing assignments or challenges that require research,
evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium
risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to
moderately complex situations and exercise some independent
judgment while developing understanding of function, policies,
procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to
client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing. Duties Booking and
funding commercial loans in "LoanIQ” Respond to requests from other
LOBs to post funds in internal systems and handle money movement
activities Reduce learning curve of "LoanIQ” adoption among the
staff as production continues Required Qualifications: 2 years of
Commercial Loan Closing experience Proficiency in "LoanIQ”
Commercial loans – booking/ funding- operations experience Strong
understanding of commercial loan credit agreements Knowledge of AFS
