Managing Veterinarian to guide our thriving General Practice
Urgent/nCare hospital, serving small animals (seeing exotics is a
plus!). This is an/nopportunity to shape the medical vision of a

$140,000 - $190,000 annually, depending on experience - Monthly

will: /n/n /n - Provide medical leadership and uphold high
standards of/n care /n - Mentor and develop associate veterinarians
/n - Oversee compliance, protocols, and hospital performance /n -
Partner with the Hospital Manager on financial health/n and
operations /n - Foster collaboration and efficiency within the team
/n - Connect with other Medical Directors in Arizona for/n peer
support /n /n/n You’ll report directly to the NVA/nArizona Division
Leaders, with plenty of guidance and autonomy to make the
role/nyour own. /n/n What We’re Looking For: /n/n /n - DVM or
equivalent from an AVMA-accredited program (or/n ECFVG/PAVE
certified) /n - Active Arizona license (or ability to obtain) /n -
Strong communicator and decision-maker /n - Proven leadership
experience or a clear passion for/n developing it /n /n/n About
