Notary Public Certification obtained through state-specific education and exams. Have specialized training or certification in document authentication. Understand relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Be proficient in online platforms, digital tools, and document management systems. Demonstrate meticulousness in verifying document authenticity. Excel in both verbal and written communication. Exhibit a strong customer service orientation.
