We are representing a well-established, reputable commercial general contractor with an immediate need for an experienced Project Manager to join their team to lead Walmark and Sams Club projects. Client Details The firm is consistently ranked as one of the fastest-growing contractors in the south and has a strong pipeline of repeat business with major retail clients across a number of states - including Walmart and Sam's Club. Description Manage all phases of Walmart and Sam's Club ground-up and remodel projects Lead project teams through preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Maintain quality standards and site safety compliance Build strong relationships with client representatives and internal teams Profile Experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor Proven experience delivering big-box retail projects (Walmart/Sam's Club experience strongly preferred) Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and project financials Ability to travel as required for project oversight Excellent communication and leadership skills Job Offer ?
