Job Description:
I'm currently working with a well-established and respected firm
seeking a full-time Survey Technician to join their team. This is
an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in
land surveying who’s ready to contribute to both public and private
sector projects in a collaborative and supportive environment. Key
Responsibilities: Prepare ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys,
final plats, and legal descriptions for various project types.
Process field survey notes, conduct survey-related research, and
gather and compile relevant site data. Demonstrate understanding of
the Public Land Survey System, title commitments, easements,
Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards, and local submittal
requirements. Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center
with proficiency; experience with MicroStation is a plus. Interpret
plans, specifications, and as-built drawings to perform accurate
construction-related calculations. Communicate effectively in both
written and verbal forms to coordinate with project teams.
Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in land surveying.
High school diploma or GED required; technical drafting education
is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
