Engineering(TEE) Directorate is a multi-discipline organization
responsible for developing test solutions for all Raytheon Missile
Defense products. We are hands-on, designing with the latest
technology and tools, and integrate state of the art test solutions
with the most advanced engineering systems in the world. TEE
products are located in engineering labs, in the field, and in
production environments utilized for weapon system product
verification, qualification, test data analysis, and production
test solution development. TEE has job opportunities across all
phases of the engineering lifecycle, including demonstrations,
early engineering tests, design verification tests, production, and
sustainment.TEE is looking forMechanical Engineersto be responsible
for designing, developing, documenting, and maintaining complex
test environment systems for all Raytheon effector products.What
You Will Do Research, plan, design and develop mechanical test
systems in areas including, but not limited to, vibration, thermal,
hydraulic, radio frequency, and electro-optical for production
testing environmentsIntegrate and validate test systems against
stringent accuracy and reliability requirementsEvaluate production
installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate
malfunctionsQualifications You Must Have Bachelor's degree in
Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a
minimum two (2) years of work experience, or an Advanced Degree in
a related fieldTwo (2) years of technical / engineering experience
in mechanical design and/or production supportTwo (2) years'
experience with CAD solid modeling tools and analysis tools with an
emphasis on ProE / CREO ParametricExperience with geometric
dimensioning and tolerance analysisExperience creating mechanical
drawing packagesThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S.
government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship
is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security
clearanceQualifications We Prefer Design experience with mechanical
and electronic packagingExperience with creating complex design
drawing packagesExperience with Configuration Management processes,
application, and tools (e.g., Windchill / cPDM)Experience in Model

sub-systems packaging, materials, thermal analysis, structural
analysis, control systems, electrical hardware design, or large
