Surface Based Effector Production Department is searching for a Sr.
Principal Guidance Section Systems Integrator role on a complex
missile program that is critical for our national defense and has
near unlimited growth potential. The Systems Integrator role will
work closely with all disciplines associated with missile
production including Program Management, Chief Engineers, Quality,
Supply Chain and Production Operations to ensure the technical
integrity of our products is maintained and performs as intended
every time. The Systems Integrator’s broad knowledge base will be
used to lead and/or support failure investigations, obsolescence
redesigns, factory escapes, supplier issues and much more. The
ability to calmly but quickly review and analyze information,
separate fact from fiction and make decisions and/or
recommendations is critical in this role. The Systems Integrator
also provides both technical guidance and supervision in meeting
project commitments. Allocating time to mentor newer engineers is
also key to the success of the team and program. What You Will Do:
- Support integration and test efforts of the All Up Round and
related subassemblies for the SM-6 programs - Provide technical
oversight of failure investigations - Support component level
design and test reviews - Work environment is primarily in an
office, but may include labs, field work, or a combination - Work
with suppliers and customers for procuring and demonstrating
capabilities in lab or field environments. - Assignments may
include design changes and analysis; developing and documenting
subsystem requirements and test plans and reports; peer reviews of
designs as a subject matter expert; presentations to peers,
management, and government customers; and root-cause

Assignments may require some travel, including foreign travel. -
Collaboration with both Functional and Program higher level
management. - Collaboration with Customer and Suppliers.
Qualifications You Must Have: - Typically requires a Bachelor’s
degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience - Experience in one
or more of the following areas: RF product and subassembly design,
integration, and production support; analog, digital, and power
electronics design, integration, and production support;
deconvolving high-level requirements into actionable design
electronics and subsystem architectures; experience in RF
sub-systems, systems engineering, requirements development,
requirement validation, Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) design, RF test
integration (including RF test solutions), and/or RF supplier
management on an effector-based product - Active and transferable
U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior
to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens
are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Value: -
Prior experience as a technical leader on a complex subsystem
during Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) Phase -
Advanced degrees in engineering, mathematics, physics, or related
engineering degree. - Systems engineering thought process with
analytical skills background. - Highly self-motivated individual
that can perform multidiscipline work - Electrical subsystems
typically contain antennas, analog RF circuit cards, digital
circuit cards, and configurable logic so the ideal candidate will
have a background in designing and troubleshooting of one or more
of these components. Ideal candidates will also have experience in
project leadership, systems engineering and architecture and have a
desire to grow into a higher level. - Able to network / influence
outside of the department with other design and production support
organizations, program leadership, other engineering disciplines
and Manufacturing organizations. - Interpersonal skills with the
ability to interact positively with peers, suppliers, management,
and customers in a production environment. - Proven experience in
balancing engineering process discipline and innovation for rapid
development and program success. - Experience working with missiles
or similar systems. - Ability to effectively work multiple tasks
and priorities. - Knowledge of mixed signal electronics. -
Practical experience in all phases of the product development
lifecycle. - Experience in developing proposals. - Knowledge and/or
experience with Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) - Experience
leading large, complex trade studies - Experience developing and
materializing conceptual designs and integrating them into a system

salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
