seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Execution
Project Manager for the Standard Missile – 6 Program support the
next production contract FY24 through FY26. You will support
execution of the program by helping the Production Program Manager
and Production Director manage the production and development
efforts across the IPTs while interfacing with suppliers and the US
Navy. You will assist with providing tactical directions for
program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract
and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using
the approved business model and management tools. This is an onsite
position at our Tucson, AZ facility. Relocation assistance is NOT
available currently. Will You Will Do: Assist with the daily
program cadence (battle rhythm) such as risk review boards,
schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews,
program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision
reviews to achieve contract commitments Prepare, revise, update,
and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with
contract requirements, Integrated Product Development System
(IPDS), Corporate and Business policies and procedures Meeting
contractual commitments including financial, technical, and
schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual
boundaries and company expectations Develop program-enhancing
partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically
organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) and/or cross product
teams (CPTs)) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts,
Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations,
Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and
administrative functions Own and provide guidance to program leads
on the implementation of risk and opportunity management Lead or
participate in key program cadence activities including scope
board, critical chain, and monthly financial reporting Coordinate
customer program reviews; prepare for customer visits Cost Account
Manager (CAM) for PMO Cost Account Expected to support domestic
travel as needed What You Will Learn: Raytheon and RTX Business
Acumen SBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities
amongst the programs and the functional areas, and deliverables
Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University
Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior
relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a
minimum of 7 years’ experience Prior leadership/management
Experience with financial analysis tools and/or systems Experience
with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and or similar
program/system Qualifications We Prefer: Raytheon Program
Management Certification Level 6 Certification or ability to obtain
within a year EVMS Certification Demonstrated program execution
experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources
Recent Graduate – or currently enrolled – in the Emerging Program
Manager Development Program (EPMD) Certified BOE Developer /
Approver Experience with IPDS including through engineering
development, test and integration phases Working knowledge of

remote. The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600
USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
