safer, more secure world. The Advanced Effector Guidance Systems
(AEGS) Department develops guidance section electronics
architectures for development programs, supports subsystem
analyses, integration and test, provides program leadership as well
as GPS/IMU support. We partner with several Electrical Engineering
Departments that provide the detail designs of our electrical
products. We are seeking candidates willing to collaborate,
innovate, and team with our engineers to generate and utilize
today’s cutting-edge technology to develop electrical subsystems.
What You Will Do Job responsibilities of this role vary but include
activities such as troubleshooting electronics in a lab or
production environment, performing system and circuit level
analysis, subsystem integration and test, supporting failure
investigations, maintaining and creating documentation, and
interacting with multi-discipline groups including suppliers.
Troubleshooting hardware and process issues down to CCA and
component levels. Failure analysis / root cause determination and
corrective action implementation. Performing analog and digital
circuit analysis and characterizing and modeling electrical signals
of electronics subsystems in simulation. Identifying and
instantiating circuit card and subassembly design updates.
Conducting integration & test at the subassembly level. Develop
interconnect models between various subsystems. Generate test
procedures/plans and document test results. Generate and present
task results to small technical teams. Ability to work in either a
team or individually. Potential travel to test areas for
support/troubleshooting issues, less than 10%. Able to lift 15 lbs
Qualifications You Must Have Master’s degree in Electrical
Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or
Mathematics (STEM) major. This position requires 12 months or less
of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
Qualifications We Prefer Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action
investigations and FRACAS processes. Knowledge and experience with
Material Review Board, Process Configuration Board, Configuration
Control Board and Failure Review Board processes,
proposing/defending and implementing Change Notices. Experience
with test equipment, test automation scripting, test conduction,
sensor control. Experience with writing and/or executing test
procedures. Integration and test of electrical hardware/subsystems.

salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
