solving supplied material issues impacting our factories. This
on-site position will focus on resolution of nonconformance in
supplied material ensuring root cause and corrective actions are
completed. You will be a key player working with Operations,
Quality, Program Management and Engineering to solve problems on
our nation’s most advanced defense systems. What You Will Do •
Utilize analytical capabilities and communications skills to lead
rapid resolution of supplier caused issues impacting the factory,
working with other quality functions and cross-functional teams. •
Analyze supplied material non-conformance data and develop action
plans to address top and systemic drivers. • Investigate issues
with supplied material ensuring accuracy of nonconformances, robust
root-cause analysis, and corrective solutions are fully
implemented. • Communicate supplied part issues impacting the
factory to suppliers and stakeholders. • Assist with quarantine,
containment and screening of suspect defective supplied hardware.
Qualifications You Must Have • Bachelor’s degree in Science,
Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) • Typically two (2)
years of experience in related Quality, Operations, Engineering or
related technical discipline • Experience with Root Cause
Corrective Action processes • Experience with hardware inspection
techniques and interpreting engineering drawings • The ability to
obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is
required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only
U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications
We Prefer • Existing DoD Secret Clearance • Experience with ISO
9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System • Proven success in
building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers,
and internal teams • High computer proficiency, including skills
working with SAP/ PRISM and Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint,
Word) • Six Sigma, Lean and / or American Society for Quality (ASQ)
Certification (CQE, CQM/OE, CSQE, CQA, CRE, etc.) • Experience in
DoD product and process oversight including requirements, build,

role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
