Position: Physical TherapistHours: Open to Part/Full-time
optionsSetting: great location! Assisted and Independent living
communityLocation: Green ValleySign on Bonus up to 10k for full
time candidates and 5k for Part time
candidates.QUALIFICATIONSGraduate from Physical Therapy
programCurrent license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain
in the state of practicePrevious experience in outpatient,
preferredMust meet Clinical Competency requirementsAbility to
travel within 50 minutes of your assigned primary building(s) as
needed.Current CPR certification, if practicing in home health
