Functions as an interdisciplinary team member providing patient assessment/re-assessment, direct patient care, and individualized care planning/implementation. /n Responsibilities /n Responds to physician orders for occupational therapy. /n Administers and interprets tests and measurements of patients. /n Reviews patient charts and progress prior to treatment and modifies treatment plan accordingly. /n Develops functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations. /n Develop, improve or restore skills in activities of daily living, work or productive activities. /n Seeks clarification of physician orders as needed. /n /n THE OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST II FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE. /n LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION /n Required: State Licensure. /n EDUCATION /n Required: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy /n WORK EXPERIENCE /n Required: None /n Preferred: 2 years as a practicing OT in a healthcare setting /n LI-SB4 Tenet AZ Job ID 2403040906-5.
