Job Description CRNA Locums – Southern Arizona | Multiple Sites
| ASAP Start | Ongoing Assignment High-Demand Role | Independent
Practice | Call Coverage Required We’re seeking 2 experienced CRNAs
for a dynamic, multi-site locum assignment in Southern Arizona.
Providers will be cross-credentialed at Oro Valley, Northwest,
Houghton, and Sahuarita. Assignment Overview: - Start Date: ASAP -
Duration: Ongoing - Shifts: Must be open to nights, weekends, and
call (No nights or call at Sahuarita) - Call Coverage Required at
Oro Valley, Northwest, and Houghton These facilities require ACLS
and PALS and they must be AHA or American Red Cross - Call Ratio:
1:5 - Call Response Time: Within 30 minutes - Cross-Credentialing
across all four sites - AZ License Required (Active) Important
Requirement: - Provider must reside more than 60 miles from any
facility Clinical Skills & Expectations: - Independent practice
required - Must perform peripheral nerve blocks - Comfortable with:
• General Adult Anesthesia • Neurosurgical Cases (Spine) • Complex
Vascular (excluding open heart) • Complex Orthopedic Cases • Vent
Management • Acute volume and BP management Patient Load & Details:
- Assigned patients; not open scheduling - Clinic: ~5 patients/day
- Call: ~1 patient/call - OR Beds: 4 - Phone Consults: Minimal
(avg. 1) Requirements: - NBCRNA Certified - Minimum 1 year
experience - BLS and ACLS – Required - Must be comfortable working
