Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Travel Travel: Registered Nurse (RN) / Emergency Department – Days Location: Tucson, AZ Start: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (3x12s) Weekend Requirements: As scheduled On Call: None Float Requirement: Must be willing to float Facility Details: - 38-bed Emergency Department - Not trauma rated - Stroke and STEMI Receiving Center Requirements: - Active AZ RN license (or compact) - ACLS and BLS required - 2–3 years of Emergency Department experience required - Charge Nurse experience preferred - NIHSS not required but recommended - EMR: Cerner Job Summary: The Emergency Department RN provides high-quality, compassionate care to patients with urgent and emergent conditions. The RN demonstrates sound clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
