Occupational Therapist will bring excellent communication and

responsible for assessing patients' physical and cognitive
abilities, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life,
collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive
care, and maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of
