Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Tucson, Arizona.

Travel Opportunity: RN - PCU Job Details: • Work with the Resource
Float Pool team floating between two campuses as needed • Float
throughout BUMC-Tucson (Level I Trauma 625 beds) and BUMC-South
(Level IV Trauma 245 beds) • Work on Adult Health units including
Observation, Med Surg, PCU, and IMC units • May float to ED or PACU
for Adult Health patients with inpatient orders awaiting unit beds
• Varied work schedule with flexible assignment placement • Assess,
plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care according to
organizational policies • Complete patient assessments including
physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and educational needs •
Formulate and implement care plans utilizing assessment data and
multidisciplinary team input • Evaluate patient and family response
to care and revise plans as needed • Document all aspects of
patient care in accordance with policy requirements • Delegate
appropriately and provide nursing supervision to other personnel •
Participate in shared leadership activities and staff education •
Current RN license in Arizona required • BLS certification required
• Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required • Level
I Trauma and large hospital experience required • Experience in
acute care setting within past 12 months required • Must maintain
clinical performance competencies through annual validations •
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and use proper body mechanics for
patient transfers Facility: This major healthcare system operates

with Level I and Level IV trauma designations. The facility
