Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate anddedicated Pediatric Physician
to join a well-established and collaborativehealthcare team in
Sierra Vista, AZ. This position involves providingcomprehensive
outpatient care to children from birth through adolescence,focusing
on preventive health, developmental screenings, and the diagnosis
andmanagement of acute and chronic conditions. The ideal candidate
will becommitted to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
and improving thehealth and wellness of the pediatric population in
a growing community. Compensation & Benefits: Compensation: Salary
up to $277,000 Quarterly productivity bonus $25,000 sign-on bonus

routine wellness exams, immunizations, and developmental screenings
Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses, infections, and
injuries Manage chronic pediatric conditions and coordinate care
with specialists as needed Educate patients and families on
preventive care and healthy lifestyles Qualifications: Doctor of
Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Board
Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Active Arizona medical
license (or ability to obtain) Current DEA registration BLS and
PALS certifications required Located in southeastern Arizona,
