Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation for all patient interactions. What You Bring Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Arizona. Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills. Prior home health experience preferred — new graduates with passion and initiative are encouraged to apply!
