Job Description Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory
Technician (Night Shift) Southern Arizona Join a close-knit

difference in patient care. This full-time Medical Technologist/MLT
position offers steady night shift hours in a supportive,
community-focused environment. Position Highlights: Perform complex
laboratory tests across hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, blood
bank, and microbiology. Ensure accuracy, precision, and quality
control in all testing processes. Collaborate with physicians and
nursing staff to deliver timely and reliable results. Maintain lab
instruments and follow all regulatory and safety standards.
Schedule: Full-time night shift (10-hour shifts) Consistent
schedule with great work-life balance Qualifications: ASCP or
equivalent certification (MT or MLT) required. Associate’s or
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
Previous clinical lab experience preferred but not required—new
