Valley Terms: Contract Salary/rate: $18.57/hour Requirements: Valid
Driver's License required As a Material Handler, you will be part
of an industry-leading organization helping patients to obtain
on-time and reliable diagnostics. Doing now what patients need
next. The Material Handler contributes to producing reliable
products and supplies with effective operations in an empowered
organization. As part of a dynamic team, the Material Handler's
responsibilities include performing multiple warehouse functions in
a regulated environment, such as operating powered industrial
vehicles, operating automated equipment, shipping, receiving,
packing, sorting, and conveying materials, parts, and supplies for
manufacturing departments and customers. A Material Handler
supports production by ensuring orderly distribution and fulfilling
materials requests while complying with quality processes and
objectives. Education/Experience: High School Diploma/GED required
1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a GMP environment
1 year of experience operating power industrial vehicles. Knowledge
Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated experience with Lean /
Continuous Improvement Ability to read, write and comprehend
English Strong communication skills - written and verbal Ability to
be flexible and agile in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and
high-volume environment. Strong organizational skills and attention
to detail. Ability to use PC-based applications and general data
entry skills Previous experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred
Ability to work with cross-functional teams Self-motivated Ability
to have prompt, regular and reliable worksite attendance. Nesco
