We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Dining team as a part-time and/or full-time Server Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the server team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.   • Provide leadership and guidance to the server team, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company standards and values
  • Assign server stations and manage floor coverage to optimize service efficiency
  • Assist in training new servers on menu knowledge, service procedures, and restaurant technology system
  • Conduct ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance the skills of the server team
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including server stations and dining areasRequirements:
    • Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage menu items and their preparation
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
