• Perform medication administration as assigned by and under the supervision of a nurse.
• Inform clinical supervisor of changes in client's conditions.
• Document care given, observations and treatments.
• Comply with policies and procedures of facility.
• Ensure that facility and client's equipment, supplies and belongings are safeguarded.
• Taking and recording BP, temperature, pulse and respiration.
• Maintaining clean and safe environment for clients.
• Ensure and protect clients' rights and maintain confidentiality.Qualifications: -
  • Current Certification with the State of Arizona -
  • 1-year experience as a Certified Med Tech - in the last 3 years in a supervised setting
  • Current CPR in compliance with the American Heart Association standards
  • Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
  • Successful completion of the skills assessment
