Our collaborative team at Sonora Quest, a joint venture between Banner Health and Quest Diagnostics, values proficient handling and analysis of diagnostic tests to provide crucial medical insights. This role is for a professional who ensures the highest standards of quality control and assists in streamlining effective urinalysis procedures under compliance with health regulations and standards. Supervise daily operations and maintain equipment in the urinalysis section. Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure accurate test results. Train and oversee laboratory staff to adhere to established protocols. Develop testing procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated with the latest advancements in urinalysis technology. Compile and analyze data to generate comprehensive reports. Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines. Expertise in urinalysis and laboratory information systems. Proven ability to manage and train laboratory staff. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
