Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting requiring strong evaluation and treatment experience and active state licensure in good standing. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting - Work with both physician-referred and direct access patients - Day shift schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM - Supervise and collaborate with PT assistants and technicians - Treat a range of cases, including injured workers and various rehabilitation needs - Utilize exercise equipment and modalities present in the facility - Responsibilities include patient evaluation, plan of care development, and supervision of assistants and technicians - Required to communicate regularly with referring physicians and rehab nurses regarding patient progress - Expected to aid with scheduling, referrals, and administrative duties as needed - Participation in marketing, business development, and community events may be requested - Professional conduct and teamwork are essential across patient, provider, and community interactions /n /n Requirements/n - Active state PT license in good standing required (license required if applicable) - Ability to perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and execute treatment - Experience with injured worker rehabilitation and knowledge of ACOMP systems preferred - Competence in performing Work Hardening, Functional Capacity, and ergonomic/job analysis evaluations - Ability to maintain all licensure and compliance requirements /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-655730.
